Money making and mind game.

Money making has nothing to do with your family background, your age, your cast, not even with your educational qualification nor even with the duration of your experince.

Money making has a perfect relationship with your mindset which can be changed at your own will at any stage of your life when you yourself choose to do so.

You might wonder and might ask even that whether I mean that to start to make money is your choice.

Yes, you have exactly understood.

In Hindu scriptures the Goddess of Richness called ” Mahalaxmi or Laxmiji” has always been shown being seated on

lotus.

laxmiji

This lotus is very much symbolic! ,Perhaps you would feel that I am digressing the subject but I am not, now the there is very long cherished science in India that is Yoga in Yogic Shasan mind is narrated as lotus.

Now if  we combine these two things we would be able to decode the message of sages!

When ones mind becomes like lotus the Laxmiji, the Goddess of richness, will seat upon it. and money richness will start to flow.

What do they mean by mind like lotus! Lotus is the only flower which flourished in mud in spite that it does not get pollusted! When ones mind becomes like lotus which does not get affected by any type of negative thougts or emotions. The Godess of Richness will seat upon it and richness will start to flow!

Indecisiveness the biggest crime in Business.

by Manoj Kotak on May 21, 2009

Stumbleupon

To take a few wrong decisions are far better than not to take any decision, in fact indecisiveness is the biggest crime in management and in business it is widely seen that business decision maker are mainly focused on competitors and resources. Only a smart businessman is always conscious about time factor.
Time is also an important resource but since it is intangible, we have the habit of conveniently forgetting the time factor. It must be kept in the mind that most of the factors of business and business environment are dynamic they keep on the changing with time. The information we might have collected for decision making might be irrelevant with the change of time. The decision which could have been effective for one time point of time may not be correct for another point of time.
Secondly it has been observed in the cases of many successful entrepreneurs, that their life turning decisions are taken very quickly and implemented very quickly.
In brief if you are an entrepreneur this is a very invaluable tip do not afraid of taking decisions, develop the habit of taking quick decisions. If you will be afraid of taking decisions due to the fear that your decision might be wrong, you do not have very essential quality of a successful businessman.

Dhirubhai Ambani. This name has become a great source of inspiration to enterpreneures in general and Gujarati enterpreneures in particular. Every Gujarti enterpreneures wants to either repeat the success of Dhirubhai Ambani or wants to excel his success for that matter. Dhirubhai is role model for them. They wants to know and understand what Dhirubhai had done in his life? how they had handled a particular situation ? What was his business style? Every one tries to analyse Dhirubhais success formula .
But unfortuantly there was not any authentic information about Dhirubha,s life or business style.
One book has been published narrating some major aspects of Dhirubhais business style. One big thing about this book is it has been written by Mudra’s CEO who was rreally i touch with Dhirubhai.
Every enterpreneure must read this book without fail.

While designing a marketing communication always keep in the mind that simplicity is the best policy. There are numbers of TV ads which is not cleared to the target audience. In the hard efforts of making innovative and attention getting ads communication designer somtime seems to have missed the wall. The objective of the communication is missed.
If the objective of the ad campaign is lost, that ad campaign is useless and wastage of resources.

Gujarati Enterpreneures
Gujarati Enterpreneures have started to take globe in their Stride, Gujarat has been a fertile land of enterpreneures ans it seems that enterpreneureship is in the blood of Gujaratis. The name of great Gujarati Dhirubhai Ambani has become the name synonymous of enterpreneures.
On the path of Dhrubhai many enterpreneure have carved their path from the Jungle of adverse circumstances of government rules personal struggle scarcity. But with their dogged determination some of them identified the opportunities which have even ,surprisingly been missed by the highly sophisticatedly managed multi nationals in spite of having top mangement guyes ample of resources. Those opportunities have been identified by the Gujarati ebterpreneures not once but many a times without having expensive market research reports and formal study of management forget about management in some cases some of them like Nanjibhai Kalidas Maheta may not had even formal education .
Karsanbhai Patel of Nirma had identified the new arising segment of consumer due to the cchanging life style of then Indian society and introduced economic Washing poder under the brand name of NIRMA. Nirma has become the house hold name of India, The jingle of NRMA’ DOODH SI SAFEDI NIRMA SE AAI’ Hhas established perhaps the longest ever used marketing jingle and having most probably the srngest recall value of all the jingles used in the market of India.

The natural law of happiness.

by Manoj Kotak on March 23, 2008

Stumbleupon

Of course someone can make you unhappy against your will and without your consent but remember NOBODY in this univers can make you happy against your will and without your whole hearted consent. This is a natural law.understaning of this natural law is the master key of success.Let me explin it. Happiness is a holy element and a holy element never attacks upon you against your will neither it can be imposed upon anybody. When something is imposed upon it violates freedom of that person which is very much against the law of nature.Any type of assault or aggression has always damaged the civilization in the long run.A holy elements never assaults upon anybody on the contrary a holy elements comes in our life only with our invitation. we have to invite holy elements humbaly and respectfully that to without any compulsion. This is one of my important philosophical conclusion of my life.
